<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrong insertion of a memory card, in a connector for a memory card with an insertion opening for a memory card and an insertion opening for a small memory card arranged side by side therein. <P>SOLUTION: A first connector part 60 of this connector 50 for a memory card has an upper insertion opening 61, and a lower insertion opening 62. An exclusive control member 160 is displaceably incorporated in an intermediate part of a projecting part 88. In a state where a first memory card is mounted on the insertion opening 61, the exclusive control member 160 is lowered, and a body part projecting downward from the projecting part 88 blocks wrong insertion of a first small memory card into the insertion opening 62. In a state where the first small memory is mounted on the insertion opening 62, the first small memory card itself restricts the lowering of the exclusive control member 160, and a slope part 162 blocks wrong insertion of the first memory card into the insertion opening 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
