摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high bending strength, a small baking shrinkage in an X-Y direction, and a high insulating resistance of a thin layer. SOLUTION: This substrate is produced by laminating a first insulating layer containing a first glass, and a second insulating layer containing a second glass; and by baking the resultant laminate. The baked first insulating layer contains as a main crystal, an anisotropic crystal having an aspect ratio of 3 or more. With respect to the first glass, the first glass has a content of Si as an oxide (hereinafter, all of the contents are expressed in a content as the oxide) thereof of 10 to 30% by mass, a total content of at least one of Mg and Zn of 5 to 30% by mass, a content of B of 10 to 30% by mass. Further, contents of Al and M (at least one of Sr and Ba) are expressed in such a manner that, when the contents of Al and M are expressed as (% by mass of Al content, % by mass of M content), both the contents of Al and M are within a range formed by a line from a point A (1, 21) to a point B (1, 35), a line from the point B to a point C (9, 45), a line from the point C to a point D (20, 45), a line from the point D to a point E (20, 35), a line from the point E to a point F (9, 21), and a line from the point F to the point A.
