<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the trouble, where a user obtains certification of a delay in the means of transportation facility and registration of the delay at the place of work, because when a delay in the transportion means occurs, the work management server of the place of work for the user is automatically notified from the means of transportation and registered in the work information for employees. <P>SOLUTION: When a route, where the delay has occurred, is decided as being included in a riding section of a commuter ticket 10 for a user 11, for whom the ticket examination is performed by a gate device 21 by the delay status information outputted by a train operation management device 24, a delay information distribution server 22 of a means of transportation system 20 automatically transmits a notice delay information to the enterprise 40 of the place of work for the user 11 that has been registered, in advance, in a commuter pass information storage device 23. A work management server 41 of the enterprise system 40 discriminates the notice of the delay information, that has been received from the means of transportation system 20, and automatically registers that there was an occurrence of delay in the means of the transportation, in the work information for the user 11 that records this in an employee work information storage device 42, together with the arrival time recorded on a gate device 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
