PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intersection traffic flow measuring device for carrying out efficient image processing in the case of analyzing the traffic flow of an intersection. SOLUTION: An image pickup means 201 is arranged for picking up the image of an intersection, and an image processing means 202 which processes a video to be acquired from the image pickup means 201 considers the intersection as a plurality of virtual single paths, and outputs information relating to the traffic flow of each virtual single path as an image processing result 222, and an information integrating means 203 compounds information relating to the traffic flow of each virtual single path to be acquired by the image processing means 202 by referring to installation information 211 of the image pickup means and linear information 212 of the intersection, thereby to acquiring information relating to the traffic flow of the intersection.
