<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of an electric device which can suppress generation of a circulating current via an engagement member, and to provide a motor driven vehicle having such a structure. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling structure of an electric device comprises a semiconductor element 95, a heat sink 10 on which the semiconductor element 95 is mounted, a case 20 containing a metal different from the material of the heat sink 10 and joined to the heat sink 10 in such a manner that a coolant passage 30 is defined between the case and the heat sink 10, a bolt 40 which tightens the heat sink 10 and the case 20, and a washer 50 provided between the bolt 40 and the heat sink 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
