PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foamed wall paper containing both ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer and ethylene-α-olefin copolymer and having good surface strength and applicability. SOLUTION: This foamed wall paper prepared by laminating a foamed resin layer and a non-foamed resin layer 1 to a paper substrate is characterized in that at least one of the foamed resin layer and the non-foamed resin layer 1 contains the ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer and the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer as resin components.
