PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which is superior in low-temperature fixability and fixing strength, and has superior preservation properties, even under a poor environment, having less fogging in spite of the adhesion of titanium oxide, and has full image density, and to provide a two-component developer. SOLUTION: The toner, stuck with titanium oxide on the surface of the toner particles containing at least a binder resin, a colorant and a fixing assistant, is≤0.030 both in fluorescent X-ray intensity of the titanium oxide and fluctuation coefficients, before and after aging, and is 10% for the rates of change, in the fluctuation coefficients before and after the aging.
