摘要 <p>The device for dispensing spaghetti ice cream, comprises a plunger displaced in a pot-shaped storage reservoir (2) arranged at a housing part (9), an actuator (5) connected with the plunger (3), and a proximity switch arranged as a signaler. The ice cream located in the storage reservoir is pressed by electromotoric actuator-driven plunger through openings, which are provided in the bottom of the reservoir and is transferred to a serving reservoir. A standard assembly is arranged in the form of an electromotor, a gear part and a lifting part associated with the plunger as the actuator. The device for dispensing spaghetti ice cream, comprises a plunger displaced in a pot-shaped storage reservoir (2) arranged at a housing part (9), an actuator (5) connected with the plunger (3), and a proximity switch arranged as a signaler. The ice cream located in the storage reservoir is pressed by electromotoric actuator-driven plunger through openings, which are provided in the bottom of the reservoir and is transferred to a serving reservoir. A standard assembly is arranged in the form of an electromotor, a gear part and a lifting part associated with the plunger as the actuator, which has an electric cylinder and is supported in a stainless steel sheet as the housing part having wall parts in such a manner that the external functional area of the housing part is arranged near the plunger and is formed with a hygienic component. The component arranged in the area of the actuator, the displaceable plunger, the storage reservoir and a reception part supporting with the pressing of the ice cream, are formed a dismountable assembly. The function- and support parts of the component are integrated into the wall portion that is formed as an extensively closed and stable hull contour. The housing part of the component has a bottom part supported on a base in the form of a stainless steel drip pan. The actuator with the electric cylinder is held on an upper cover part of the housing and on a lifting part gripping the wall and is fixable on the cover part by a detachable holder. The electric cylinder connected with the electric motor and with the gear part is integratable to an aerator and a control trafo in the closed housing part. The storage reservoir connectable with the reception part is formed as a holding sleeve that is detachably connected with the housing in the area of the plunger and that has a connection contour detachably covering the storage reservoir. End position sensors are arranged in the area of the electric cylinder for controlling the lift and have stabilizing wall parts. In the area of the reception part, a transducer cooperated with the actuator and its respective shifts is intended, so that a contact-free signal is realizable by a peg fixing the storage reservoir in the reception part. The plunger is provided different press velocities by infinitely variable adjustable actuator. The walls of the housing are area wisely equipped with aeration openings. The housing part is formed as a single piece with partially formed wall parts by stainless steel folds and is extensively fissure free in the functional area of the plunger. The sleeve shaped reception part is held by screw- or clamp connection holding at the upper end between two wall parts of the housing and has a profile extension at the upper end that is connectable with a cross profile, which holds the housing sides. The connection has a bayonet fastener interlocking for disposition and has a profile plug-in through a slewing motion. The reception part is welded with a ring shaped profile extension. The cross profile is formed as a supporting plate with a profiled outlet opening. The supporting plate connectable with the reception part is immobilized at a housing side. The reception part locked into the supporting plate is secured by an additional clamping screw.</p>
