Disclosed is an ultrasonic welding device (1) for forming welded seams on textiles. Said ultrasonic welding device (1) comprises a sonotrode (7) and an anvil (8) made of an elastic material. A belt (21) that is guided across at least two pulleys (13, 15) can be used as an anvil (8). The strand (19) of the belt (21) contacts the periphery of the sonotrode (7) via an angle (a) and maintains the workpiece that lies therebetween in a clamped state in said zone during the welding process. |
