The present invention relates to a connection structure of a steel beam and a precast concrete beam, capable of allowing a worker to install a steel beam and a precast concrete beam by easily and simply connecting the same. The connection structure of a steel beam and a precast concrete beam includes a steel beam supporting a load of the upper part of a building by being installed in a column supporting a vertical load of the building; a bracket formed on the side surface of the steel beam; and a precast concrete beam supporting the load of the upper part of the building with the steel beam as one end is fixed to the bracket.
