REMOCON EXTERNAL INSPECT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USING MACHINE VISION

A system and a method for inspecting the exterior of remote controller using a machine vision are provided to improve reliability and accuracy of remote controller exterior inspection and improve processing speed and inspection time by using a camera instead of human eyes. A camera(200) photographs the exterior and color of a remote controller(300) and transmits the photographed image to a terminal(100). The terminal processes the received exterior and color of the remote controller through RF(Radio Frequency) filtering to generate a target image, and detects errors of the exterior and color of the remote controller by comparing the target image with a standard image of the exterior and color of a remote controller which is processed through RF filtering and pre-stored.
