A rotary gate equipment for a quenching car is provided to perform a quenching operation easily and make it possible to prevent coke from being separated from the wharf by controlling the discharge of coke such that coke is uniformly discharged to a large area when discharging coke to a wharf. A rotary gate equipment for a quenching car comprises: a drive part(12) mounted on one side of a quenching car and driven according to the supply of an external force to generate a power for opening or closing a gate(5); a gate opening-and-closing part for controlling the discharge quantity of coke by opening or closing the gate when discharging coke loaded on a quenching car to a wharf; and a transmission part mounted between the drive part and the gate opening-and-closing part to transmit the power for opening or closing the gate that is generated from the drive part to the gate opening-and-closing part. The gate opening-and-closing part includes a rack gear, a rotary shaft, pinion gears(21), a stopper(6), a flat plate type shaft fixing plate(19), and circular arc plates(23). The transmission part includes supports, a speed adjusting plate(14), a drive roller, a link(10), an arm(16), and a guide roller(22). |
