A device and a method for managing a circulation organization are provided to realize system automation by registering the new circulation organization and revising the conventional circulation organization through simple property copy without any complex procedure, and reduce time/manpower needed for registering a large circulation organization. An organization registering module(210) registers information of the new circulation organization. An organization revising module(230) searches the organization information to be revised from a database(270). Each property copying module(211,231) searches the organization information from the database, and maps or replaces the searched organization information with the organization information to be newly registered. The organization information stored in the database is transferred to a networked system and is used for allocating business processing authority in the networked system. The organization information includes an ID, level, region, and an upper circulation organization of the circulation organization. |
