A high speed microorganism incubator is provided to shorten the fermentation time of a culture medium and maintain the fermentation speed by rapidly heating and maintaining the temperature of a culturing tank inside through heat transfer oil. A high speed microorganism incubator comprises a culturing tank(110) in which a culture medium is fermented, a heating tank(120) heating the inside of the culturing tank, a heater(130) heating heat transfer oil to be evaporated by the application of power supply thereto, a heating tank expansion pressure controlling unit which absorbs the expansion pressure of the inside of the heating tank to control the pressure when the heat transfer oil is evaporated by the heating, a culturing tank temperature detecting sensor(150) which detects the temperature of the culturing tank inside to power-off the heating heater when the temperature is increased to more than a predetermined temperature, a culture medium carrier which performs the culturing of microorganism using the culture medium, a unit for letting in and out of the culture medium from the inside of the culturing tank, a pressure gauge(180) allowing a user to visually recognize the pressure of the culturing bank inside, a culture solution discharge valve(190) which is installed at one side of the culturing tank to discharge the cultured culture solution, and a controlling portion(200) controlling the heating heater, the culturing tank temperature detecting sensor and the pressure gauge.
