PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operation which is performed for separately displaying some of screen images displayed at an electronic conference to be easily done. SOLUTION: When a conference participant puts his or her mobile terminal device 50 over an IC card reader/writer 22, communication processing units 23 and 53 cooperate with each other to write the thumbnail image of a screen image displayed on a touch panel display device 21 and the IP address of a conference control device 20 in the mobile terminal device 50. When the conference participant puts his or her mobile terminal device 50 over an IC card reader/writer 32, communication processing units 33 and 53 cooperate with each other to enable a conference control device 30 to read out the IP address stored in an IC card 56. The conference control device 30 acquires a screen image displayed on the touch panel display device 21 from a conference control device 20 that can be specified by the IP address and displays it on a touch panel display device 31.
