PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for arranging a wire harness, which shortens the wire harness to be arranged over a floor and a slide seat of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The structure for arranging the wire harness comprises a protector for holding a seat wire harness, a holder to be mounted to support the protector, and an elastic member added to an intermediate position between the protector and the seat wire harness. The holder has a first position for allowing the turn of the protector about the protector's portion holding the base end side of the bent portion of the seat wire harness, and a second position for restricting the turn of the protector, and supports the protector so as to move between the first position and the second position. The protector is positioned at the second position in the state where the seat wire harness is suspended. When the slide seat is arranged on the floor, the elastic member deflected together with the seat wire harness energizes the protector, and as a result, the protector is moved to the first position.
