PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of an inductance component having a magnetic body layer. SOLUTION: The inductance component comprises an element 6, a coil 7A formed in the element 6, and terminals 7B and 7C connected electrically with the coil 7A. Magnetic body layers 8A and 8B are formed in the element 6 while being arranged substantially in parallel with the winding plane of the coil 7A. With such an arrangement, the magnetic body layers 8A and 8B are entirely covered with a material having uniform modulus of heat shrinkage. Since a stress is not applied locally even under a situation where heat is applied entirely to a coil body, e.g. during solder packaging, high reliability can be achieved.
