PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily conduct a formation, and to enable an increase in design by a mesh pattern displayed on one surface because a composite plate has a light weight and a movement is simplified, the strength of an irregular section can be increased and irregularities for a non-slip are formed by biting a reticular body to a tabular body, not a molding die. SOLUTION: The composite plate made of a thermoplastic resin is composed of the reticular body made of the thermoplastic resin and the tabular body made of the thermoplastic resin formed in the approximately tabular body and integrally biting the reticular body to one surface of the tabular body. The composite plate made of the thermoplastic resin has a non-slip function by the irregularities formed by one surface of the tabular body and the exposed surface of the bitten reticular body.
