PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminator which can prevent arrangement dislocation caused by the disordered winding of upper and lower laminated films by preventing the curling of a sheet-shaped substrate laminated with the upper and lower laminated films. SOLUTION: The laminator 10 for laminating the sheet-shaped substrate 100 held between laminated films 21 drawn out from laminating roll parts 20 has roll rotating parts 31 which are fitted to both ends of the laminating roll part 20 and rotate the laminating roll part 20 freely, roll holding parts 39 for holding the laminating roll parts 20 through the roll rotating parts 31, and laminate adjustment means 31R which are set independently in the roll rotating parts 31 at the ends of the upper and/or lower laminating roll parts, change the rotation loads of the roll rotating parts 31, and adjust the tension of the laminated films 21 drawn out from the laminating roll parts 20.
