PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable preparation containing tranexamic acid or its salt and ibuprofen and a method for producing the preparation.

SOLUTION: The volume expansion of a preparation containing tranexamic acid or its salt and ibuprofen is prevented by formulating tranexamic acid or its salt and ibuprofen in a state essentially free from contact of the components. The invention enables stable preservation of a pharmaceutical preparation containing tranexamic acid or its salt and ibuprofen, especially an antipyretic analgesic agent and agent for common cold.
