A fluidized bed reaction device and a method for using the same are provided to cut down the cost without using a large reaction container or receiving great volume change generated in moving the reaction mixture between the containers. A sol-gel solution producing device is composed of a container(201) for storing a stirrer(202); a pump(204); a fluidized bed reaction column(206) having an upper end portion, a body and a lower end portion; and multiple-fluid lines(203a,203b,203c,203d) for connecting the container and the pump in a first circulation loop and connecting the pump and the fluidized bed reaction column in a second circulation loop. The upper end portion and the body of the fluidized bed reaction column are divided by a first fluid permeable film. The lower end portion is connected to the fluid line by a connector and the lower end portion and the connector are divided by a second fluid permeable film. The body contains a solid acidic catalyst that does not permeate through the first or second fluid permeable film.
