PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a washbasin counter, which enables consideration of environmental aspects by the use of no detergent or others along with the curtailment of the production manhour. SOLUTION: The washbasin counter 10 is produced under the steps (A)-(D) as follows: at the step (A), a counter base material 2 which is bent downward on the front side and upward on the rear side is prepared; at the step (B), a hotmelt 6 mixed with an inert gas is delivered to the corners of a rising part and a flat part; at the step (C), a front suspension part, the flat part and the rising part undergoes a post forming work to bond a thermosetting resin decorative plate 8; and at the step (D), cooling is made.
