An acquisition section (101) acquires image information on that point in a route up to a destination where a mobile body has not passed. An analysis section (102) analyzes information on behaviors of other mobile bodies based on the image information acquired. Further, the analysis section (102) analyzes appearance characteristics of the other vehicles, and a selection section (103) selects among the other mobile bodies one mobile body having peculiar appearance characteristics. Then, a creation section (104) creates guidance information by using the appearance characteristics and behavior information of the one mobile body selected. When a determination section (105) determines that the one mobile body is present in image information on the field of view of the user, an output section (106) outputs the guidance information.
