PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool, which allows simply correcting the position in the radial direction of a tool body of a finishing cutting edge in the state of being mounted on a machine tool. SOLUTION: This cutting tool 20 is disposed so that the finishing cutting edge 47 is projected and recessed in the radial direction of the tool body 21. A piston 28 is disposed to move in the direction of an axis O in the interior of the tool body 21, and a rod-like member 43 is connected to the tool body 21 tip side of the piston 28, and provided with a slide member 46 moved in the direction intersecting the direction of the axis O by the axial movement O of the rod-like member 43. The slide member 46 is provided with the finishing cutting edge 47, and the tool body 21 tip side of the rod-like member 43 is provided with an adjusting screw 55 to which the tip face of the rod-like member 43 is abutted. The tip face of the tool body 21 is provided with a rotating member 62 for adjusting the axial position O of the adjusting screw 55, and an inclined groove inclined to the axis is formed on the outer periphery of the rotating member 62 to be recessed inside in the radial direction.
