PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen confectionery preparation board having good cooking efficiency and adjusting the temperature in multiple stages. SOLUTION: A temperature adjustable frozen confectionery preparation board A is provided with a plurality of cooling tubes 21, 22 at the bottom surface of a flat preparation panel having a top surface constitutes a preparation surface. The cooling tubes are connected to corresponding coolant condensers 31, 32, respectively, and the coolant condensers constitute a refrigerating cycle that circulates the coolant including each cooling tube. The preparation panel is cooled by the coolant passing through the cooling tubes. The cooling tubes 21, 22 are laid on the bottom surface of the preparation panel alternately in parallel and are provided with switches 41, 42 that activate or stop only one of the coolant condensers. The preparation panel is provided with a temperature sensor and the switch is turned on when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor exceeds a prescribed temperature and turned off when the temperature is not higher than the prescribed temperature.
