A chlorine-resistant polyurethane elastic fiber is provided to improve a chlorine-resistant property and a dyeing-resistant property, by produce the chlorine-resistant polyurethane elastic fiber to contain hydrocalumite. A chlorine-resistant polyurethane elastic fiber comprises 0.1-10 wt% of hydrocalumite. The hydrocalumite is represented by a chemical formula of Ca2Al(OH)^+X^-.zH2O, where X^- is an anion selected from a group consisting of OH^-, CO^3-, HPO3^2-, and SO4^2-, and z is a positive number in a range of 0<z<=8. The hydrocalumite is coated with a coating agent, wherein the coating agent has a 0.1-10 wt% of weight content based on the total weight of the hydrocalumite.
