PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact laminated electrochemical device having improved electrical characteristics and reliability. SOLUTION: The laminated electrochemical device stores a positive electrode plate 8 or a negative electrode plate in a bag-shaped separator where one portion of the outer-periphery of a separator sheet 9 is joined by a thermoplastic resin 10, and the positive electrode plate 8 and the negative electrode plate are laminated via the bag-shaped separator.
