PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold water manufacturing device constituted by using a steam ejector to be driven at high efficiency based on a relatively simple configuration. SOLUTION: In a cold water manufacturing system constituted by using a steam ejector 6, the steam ejector 6 has a plurality of nozzle parts for ejecting steam. The steam ejector 6 for constituting the cold water manufacturing system has N pieces of nozzle parts with the steam ejection diameter being d/√N when the total sectional area for ejection of steam to be ejected from the nozzle parts isπd2/4.
