<p>Disclosed is an impurity filtering device of a waste plastic recycling system, in which the waste plastic recycling system includes an extrusion cylinder having an inlet and an outlet for waste plastic, a feed screw, which is installed in the extrusion cylinder and feeds the waste plastic to the outlet, and a fusion heater, which fuses the waste plastic in the extrusion cylinder, the impurity filtering device being installed at the region of the outlet. The impurity filtering device includes: a chamber, having an extrusion port contacting the outlet; a filtration unit, having a pair of first and second filtration screen winding rolls, which are rotatably installed on opposite sides of the chamber with the extrusion port interposed therebetween, and a filtration screen sheet, which has opposite lengthwise sides wound around the first and second filtration screen winding rolls and a section contacting the extrusion port; and an extrusion unit, which has a plurality of extrusion blocks, each of which is provided with a plurality of extrusion holes and is installed to circulate from a contact region, which is in contact with a front of the filtration screen sheet at a region corresponding to the extrusion port, to a separation region, which is separated from the filtration screen sheet, in a closed loop shape, and an extrusion block driver circulating the extrusion blocks. Thereby, the process of producing recycled plastic is very convenient, and the rate of production can be remarkably improved.</p> |
