PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag paper utilizable as a note book by heaping up tag sheets. SOLUTION: The tag paper 1 is formed by heaping up a plurality of tag sheets through re-releasable self-adhesive applied to each rear surface of the tag sheet. The tag sheet 2 has: a perforation 3 formed vertically; a pasting allowance part 4 arranged outside the perforation 3; and a note part 5, which is arranged inside the perforation 3 and keeps characters or the like recorded in the surface. While the re-releasable self-adhesive is applied to the rear of the pasting allowance part 4, the note part 5 has a plurality of through holes 6, through which the binder 11 of a ring file 10 pass.
