<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a plasma display with a large screen, since current path lengths from the sustaining voltage output ends of a driving circuit to electrodes are different from each other, display property becomes uneven at the top and bottom parts and the center part of the screen. <P>SOLUTION: In the plasma display, threaded terminals of a driving circuit arranged at the right and left sides and performing sustaining discharge are arranged at different positions with the longitudinal direction of a panel as a reference, or sustaining switch elements on a high side and sustaining switch elements on a low side are arranged separately in an upper portion and in a lower portion to make the position line-symmetric between a left-side circuit and a right-side circuit.
