PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely easily attach/detach a cylinder, to attach/detach only desired one when there are a plurality of cylinders, to prevent an installation place of a lock box from being limited to a specific place, and to eliminate the necessity of forming a plurality of fixing projections on the outer periphery of the other cylinder. SOLUTION: This attaching/detaching structure is a singular or a plurality lock cylinders to the lock box of a lock installed in an end part of a door. The lock cylinder attaching/detaching structure is constituted so that the lock box has at least a singular driving rod movable by operation of an operation tool, a driving arm arranged so as to interlock with this driving rod, a rocking piece pivotally supported to an inner end part of the driving arm and a cylinder fixing member engaging with this rocking piece, and when attaching/detaching the cylinder, when operating an outer end part of a driving rod from one side outside surface of the lock box orthogonal to the front, the driving arm is displaced in a position by driving force of the driving rod, and thus, the fixing member advances and retreats to the cylinder.
