PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

A plasma display panel is provided to improve the uniformity of a firing voltage in each discharge cell by controlling a dielectric constant of a dielectric layer according to a particle size of a protective layer. A first substrate and a second substrate are arranged opposite to each other. A barrier rib is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate in order to form a plurality of discharge cells. A plurality of address electrodes corresponding to the discharge cells are extended in a first direction between the first and second substrates. A first and second electrodes corresponding to the discharge cells are extended in a second direction crossing the first direction on one of the first and second substrates. A dielectric layer is formed to cover the first and second electrodes. A protective layer is formed to cover the dielectric layer. A dielectric constant of the dielectric layer is formed differently according to a particle size of the protective layer.
