摘要

A battery module is provided to increase a cooling effect by enhancing heat transfer characteristics and easily discharge gas generated within unit cells through an outer skin wound around the unit cells. A battery module(100) includes: a battery assembly(10) in which plural unit cells(11) are stacked and electrically connected to one another; and an insulating outer skin(20) which covers the outer surface of the battery assembly and has holes(21) formed on the surface. The insulating outer skin is formed of a shrinkable tube or a tape to be wound around the battery assembly. The holes are arranged at intervals.
