A frying pan for removing smell is provided to discharge smell or gas to a lower direction of the frying pan easily by forming silicon on an edge of a grill net and an opening and closing device during a cooking process. A frying pan for removing smell comprises a pair of bodies(10), an opening and closing device, a mounting groove, and a grill net. The pair of bodies have a guide path(11) bored to the outside from the inside. The opening and closing device opens and closes a guide path. The mounting groove is extended along a periphery of the bodies. The grill net is mounted on an outer periphery of an edge of the mounting groove to have a sealing member.
