The insert (2,3,5,6,8,4) is provided with drain holes (11). When installed in a cistern (1) it allows passage to fluids when in the open position. When the hand grip (4,6) is pressed together the extension (8) of the movable part (5,6,8) is sealed against its underside (9) which can be provided with a sealing ring (10). The whole insert can then be lifted upwards without any residual fluid draining away, and moved to another location. |
