A heater panel assembly equipped aluminum melting and holding furnace is provided to prevent damage to a heater panel in case of inflowing of molten metal and to improve heat efficiency by uniformly heating a crucible. A heater panel assembly equipped aluminum melting and holding furnace includes a plurality of heater panels. The heater panels have a heating line heating the crucible inside, and are coupled to each other standing radially in sequence to form a polygonal cylinder shape. The heater panel assembly is installed inside the ceramic fire-resisting material(13) spaced apart from the crucible for preventing damage to a heating unit caused by leakage of molten metal in case where the crucible is damaged.
