<p>The disk shaped mixer with curved blades according to the invention is quite suitable for mixing and dispersing gas into liquids with various technological operations. The mixer according to the invention consists of a basic disk (1) and specially designed blades (2), which are attached equidistantly along the circumference of the disk (1). The blades (2) are along its radial axis bent by an angle of 15 to 75 degrees. Such a mixer provides shorter mixing times both in mixing liquids as well as dispersing gas into liquids, while it is particularly suitable for dispersing larger amounts of added gas, since to a large extent it maintains the basic function of radial mixer. It enables a direct replacement of existing less effective turbine mixers and does not require expensive reconstruction services on the reduction drive and bearing of the mixing shafts.</p> |
