A door switch for a terminal box is provided to be easily installed at the free end of a door of the terminal box only by inserting a body thereof into an insertion hole of the door of the terminal box. A door switch(10) for a terminal box includes a body(11), an elastic hanging piece(17) and a spring(21). The body has a spring fixing protrusion(13) protruded upwardly at the inner space thereof, a coupling unit(12) inserted into an insertion hole of a door, a frame unit(15) formed at the upper end of the coupling unit and protruded outside the insertion hole of the door, and a cut hole(16) at the upper center of the frame unit. The elastic hanging piece has a supporting unit(18) supported to the inner bottom of the frame unit, a hanging unit(19) extended from the supporting unit and protruded outside the cut hole of the frame unit, and a spring inserting protrusion(20) protruded downwardly inside the hanging unit. The spring has the lower end supported to the spring fixing protrusion of the coupling unit, and the upper end elastically supporting the elastic hanging piece inside the body.
