<p>Electrophoresis method comprises subjecting a first volume of a marker substance dissolved in a reference fluid to a first electrophoresis step, obtaining data which represents the first step and forming a first marker peak surface corresponding to the concentration of the marker substance, subjecting a second volume of a marker substance dissolved in a second fluid to a second electrophoresis step forming a second marker peak surface corresponding to the marker in the presence of the second fluid and comparing the two marker peak surfaces to produce a correction factor. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Micro-fluidic electrophoresis arrangement for carrying out the above method; and (2) Software program used in the above method.</p> |
