An extraction method of physiologically active substances from rice bran is provided to prevent the loss of fine cellulose and simplify the process by treating the rice bran with a pressurized and heated solvent, extracting it, and then cooling and collecting the extract. An extraction method of physiologically active substances from rice bran comprises the steps of: (a) pressurizing water or alcohol by 1~10MPa; (b) heating the pressurized water or alcohol at 80~180°C; (c) treating rice bran with the pressurized and heated water or alcohol, followed by extracting physiologically active substances for 10~180mins; and (d) cooling and collecting the extract, wherein the physiologically active substances are dietary fiber, arabinoxylan, arabinose, xylose, lignine, etc. |
