A windshield mounting device of a railway vehicle is provided to couple a windshield suction unit to a second connecting bar connected to a rotary body for freely moving the windshield suction unit, and to install a cylinder on the windshield suction unit for securely suctioning the windshield, thereby allowing precise mounting of the windshield on the railway vehicle at an enhanced rate without dropping the windshield in the process. A windshield mounting device comprises a pillar(210) accommodating a motor(220) on an upper end, a first connecting bar(230) having one end connected to an upper portion of the pillar, a rotary body(240) connected to the other end of the first connecting bar rotating the first connecting bar, a second connecting bar(250) coupled to the other end of the rotary body, and a windshield suction unit(270) combined to the second connecting bar. The windshield suction unit includes operation buttons(272) electrically connected to a circuit of a control box and installed to a handle grip(260) disposed on the second connecting bar, a cylinder(280) operated by the operating buttons, and windshield suction devices(271) vacuum suctioning the windshield by the operation of the cylinder. The first connecting bar connected to the pillar allows up and down movements, while the second connecting bar connected to the rotary body allows side movement of the windshield suction unit.
