An anisotropic conductive film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to adjust the thickness of an adhesive layer by arranging thick film conductors on the same surface in the adhesive layer. An anisotropic conductive film(100) includes a first insulating adhesive layer(102), a plurality of thick film conductors(104), and a second insulating adhesive layer(106). The plurality of thick film conductors are arranged in a predetermined pattern on one surface of the first insulating adhesive layer. The second insulating adhesive layer is arranged at the upper part of the first insulating layer to cover the plurality of thick film conductors. The thick film conductors of a stripe type are arranged at predetermined intervals on one surface of the first insulating adhesive layer.
