FIELD: chemical industry; microbiological industry; food-processing industry; other industries; production of the devices for drying of the dispersed materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for drying of the dispersed materials and may be used in microbiological industry, food-processing industry, chemical industry and other industries. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the drying of the dispersed materials. The result is attained by the fact, that the combined spiral-vortex pneumatic dryer contains the spiral channel, which is from above and from below hermetically closed accordingly by the cover and the bottom with formation of the vortex chamber rigidly connected to the coaxially disposed separation chamber and with the located between them over flow threshold, and the exhaust fitting pipe is disposed coaxially to the separation chamber and passes through the vortex chamber hermetically. The inlet fitting pipe is disposed is tangentially to the coils of the spiral channel, the number of the coils of which lies in the optimal range from 4 up to 6, and on the bottom of the vortex chamber there is the fixed vibrator with the following parameters: the level of vibration - 70 ... 85 dB, the vibrator frequency - 31.5...125 Hz, the time of action - 5 seconds with the interval of 30 seconds. At that the mentioned overflow threshold is made adjustable in height and is formed by the adjusting shutters having the spiral form and fixed perpendicularly to the bottom the vortex chamber. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the drying of the dispersed materials. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
