FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes antibacterial agent that comprises moxifloxacin as a medicinal substance immobilized on polymeric carrier. As a polymer carrier the agent comprises nanoparticles of size 100-800 nm of lactic acid polymer/polymers and/or copolymer/copolymers of lactic acid and glycolic acid wherein the content of glycolic acid in indicated polymers is up to 50 mole% and wherein molecular mass of indicated polymers and copolymers is from 5 to 300 kDa. Also, agent comprises potassium cholesteryl sulfate or sodium glycocholate and a water-soluble natural or synthetic polymeric stabilizing agent of molecular mass 70 kDa, not above, chosen from group involving polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, poloxamer, poloxamine and serum albumin and a filling agent in the amounts given in the invention claim. Agent can comprise additionally water as a solvent or water-containing mixtures. Invention provides the directed delivery of moxifloxacin to pathology focus and to regulate the rate of its releasing from polymeric matrix that provides reducing used doses of antibiotic, deceasing toxic effects and allows overcoming the resistance of infection pathogens. ^ EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of agent. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg, 4 ex |
