PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital cameral with through-image display function that may be used with ease and not to provide remarkable defocusing of display image at the time of partially enlarging the through-image. SOLUTION: Complete area display mode for displaying a through-image to almost complete area of the imaging range and an enlarged display mode for through-image display by enlarging the particular area of the imaging range may be selected with an enlargement button 39. At the changing over of the complete area display mode to the enlarged display mode, the through-image display is fixed (#103) to execute automatic focus adjustment (#107).
