PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container case and an apparatus with the container case capable of more surely protecting the apparatus and improving the convenience in the case of using a connector. SOLUTION: A whole mobile music reproducing apparatus 1 can almost be protected by integrally forming a main body containing section 31 for covering a main body 2 of the mobile music reproducing apparatus 1 with a connector containing section 32 for covering a connector cap 4, and when a prescribed external force is applied to the connector containing section 32, an opening 37 for externally exposing the connector cap 4 is provided, the connector 3 can easily be exposed as required and in addition, the opening 37 is shaped without sharp corners so as to prevent a force exerted to the opening 37 at the exposure of the connector 3 from being concentrated on part of the opening 37 thereby avoiding the opening 37 from being torn, resulting in that the apparatus can more surely be protected and the convenience in the case of using the connector can be enhanced.
