摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance conversion circuit which enhances a recovery time after excessive input application without reducing noise characteristics, and an electronic device comprising the same. SOLUTION: The impedance conversion circuit is provided which comprises: an excessive input detection unit; a recovery unit including a current mirror circuit and a first current source; and an impedance conversion unit, wherein when an input signal is within a predetermined amplitude range, the current mirror circuit is connected to the impedance conversion unit while having high impedance driven by a current from the first current source and the impedance conversion unit outputs an output signal in a normal operating status but when an excessive input signal exceeding the predetermined amplitude range is detected in the excessive input detection unit, the current from the first current source to the current mirror circuit is increased in response to a signal from the excessive input detection unit and impedance of the current mirror circuit is reduced in a transient manner.
