<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a particle behavior analysis with high accuracy by reducing the effect of position deviation between a place boundary and a motion boundary corresponding to a wall surface in consideration of impact force receiving from the wall surface. <P>SOLUTION: A place data analyzing part 310 discretizes the entire area to be analized to perform numerical calculation of a place characteristic by approximation. A virtual particle arranging part 330 arranges a plurality of virtual particles whose the degree of freedom of motion is restricted and fixed at a position corresponding to a wall surface where the motion of an analysis target particle is blocked and gives various physical characteristic values so as to represent various physical characteristics belonging to the wall surface such as surface roughness of the wall surface and physical properties of the wall surface to each virtual particle. In such a case, the virtual particle arranging part 330 arranges the arrangement center position of each virtual particle not at an original wall surface position but according to a position where space in approximate calculation of place data is discretized for arrangement. A behavior analysis calculating part 350 calculates interaction between particles of the target particle and a virtual particle, solves an equation of motion formed on the basis of each interaction force and calculates the behavior of the target particle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
