PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved liquid carrier film maintaining high carrying characteristics especially to a liquid having high polarity not only in an initial time but also under a use environment. SOLUTION: The liquid carrier film has many fine grooves for controlling the flow direction of a liquid, formed on the main surface of a base material, and the base material comprises a mixture containing (A) a polyolefin resin and (B) a polymer having a polyoxyethylene chain.
